Fugitive of the Week’ Shot in Officer Involved Shooting in St. Augustine, FL

Tuesday evening, members
of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force were able to locate “Fugitive
of the Week,” James Benny Hobbs, 59, at a hotel in St Augustine,
Florida.

James Hobbs had been featured as the “Fugitive of the
Week” on January 31, 2018. The
“Fugitive of the
Week”
had been aired on WTPL-FM, WMUR-TV, The Union Leader, The
Nashua Telegraph, The Patch, Foster’s Daily Democrat, Manchester
Information, the Manchester Ink Link and prominently featured on the
internet. The “Fugitive of the Week” has been a very successful tool
that has resulted in the location and arrest of numerous fugitives since
its implementation in 2007. Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week” is
distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers.

Mr. Hobbs
was wanted on two arrest warrants. The first was a warrant issued by the
Amherst (NH) Police Department alleging that Hobbs committed the offense
of aggravated felonious

Authorities search for man wanted in fatal Cleveland shooting …

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Federal and local authorities continue their search for a man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a man in Cleveland’s Kamm’s Corner neighborhood. 

Melvin Jones shot and killed Desean Perkins Nov. 26 at a home in the 18000 block of Parkmount Avenue, west of Rocky River Drive, the Northern Ohio Violent Task Force said.

Jones, 26, was named the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive of the week.

Perkins, 28, was found in the bathroom floor with a gunshot wound to his chest, according to police reports. He was taken to MetroHealth, where he died. 

A 21-year-old man and 19-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of aggravated murder in the death of Perkins, who has addresses in both Twinsburg and Euclid.

Jones is considered to be armed and dangerous and often visits the Rocky River Drive and Paramount Avenue areas officials said.

More than 20 killed in Texas church shooting – Scranton Times

SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas — A man opened fire inside of a church in a small South Texas community on Sunday, killing 26 people and wounding about 20 others in the deadliest mass shooting in the state’s history, the governor said.

Officials didn’t identify the attacker during a news conference Sunday night, but two other officials — one a U.S. official and one in law enforcement — who were briefed on the investigation identified him as Devin Kelley. They spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to discuss the investigation.

The U.S. official said Kelley lived in a San Antonio suburb and doesn’t appear to be linked to organized terrorist groups. The official said investigators are looking at social media posts Kelley may have made in the days before Sunday’s attack, including one that appeared to show an AR-15 semiautomatic weapon.

Two-State Shooting Spree: Man Wanted for Killing Maryland Co-Workers, Shooting Delaware Car Dealer Captured in …

UPDATE: Radee Prince was arraigned on attempted murder charges in Delaware Thursday morning.

The man sought for a pair of shootings that spanned two states — leaving three dead and three others hurt — was caught in Delaware following a daylong manhunt, police in Wilmington said.

Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, was captured on foot along Four Seasons Parkway near Clover Mill Drive in Newark, Delaware at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Prince was the central character in a massive manhunt that stretched from Maryland to New York.

Local, state and federal authorities spent nearly 12 hours looking for Prince. It was ATF agents who ultimately took him into custody about an hour and a half after his unoccupied getaway vehicle was found on Cobblecreek Creek Curve next to Glasgow High School in Newark. Police say Prince was spotted by a witness leaving the vehicle

Maryland-Delaware shooting suspect caught after 3 killed, 3 others wounded


Maryland man accused of killing 3 co-workers arrested

37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince apprehended in Delaware.

The man believed to have killed three people in a “targeted attack” near a Maryland business and also suspected in a later shooting in Delaware was apprehended by police in Delaware Wednesday evening after a manhunt that stretched on for hours.

The suspect was identified by Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler as 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince.
