SACRAMENTO—The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of an armed and dangerous individual who is suspected of robbing several Northern California banks.
The subject is described as a white male who is in his 20’s or 30’s and stands approximately 5’8” to six feet tall with a slender build and dark hair. At the time of the robberies, the subject has frequently wore khaki pants and long-sleeved, zip-front shirts and jackets with a hat, and black glasses.
To date, the subject has been linked to the following robberies in rural Northern California communities:
- October 29, 2013; Umpqua Bank located at 3271 Browns Valley Road in Napa
- January 10, 2014; Umpqua Bank located at 3271 Browns Valley Road in Napa
- February 21, 2014; Westamerica Bank located at 13751 Arnold Drive in Glen Ellen
- July 28, 2014; American River Bank located

The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to Alejandro “Alex” Castillo.
Alejandro “Alex” Castillo, the man wanted in the killing of a North Carolina teenager, was added to the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list Tuesday and may be hiding in Mexico, authorities said.
Castillo is accused of the 2016 murder of Truc Quan Ly “Sandy” Le, Fox 46 Charlotte
A rescued 16-year-old hostage helped Philippine soldiers hunt down one of the FBI’s most-wanted terror suspects and his accomplice during the final battle against the Islamic State in the southern city of Marawi.
Isnilon Hapilon, IS’s ’emir’ in Southeast Asia, and Omarkhayam Maute, another leader of the Marawi siege, were killed in gun battle on Monday in a push by troops to retake the last pocket of the city.
A teen hostage who had been rescued by troops provided the crucial information that allowed troops to locate Hapilon and Maute in one building in Marawi.
The US State Department has offered a reward of up to $5million for Hapilon, who Washington blames for ransom kidnappings of several Americans, one of whom was beheaded in 2001 in southern Basilan province.
Last year, Justin Havard was convicted and sentenced to eight years in prison for killing an infant in 2013 in Jasper, Texas. Now, he’s out of prison after serving just 13 months.

CONNEAUT, Ohio (WKBN) – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Joshua Gurto.
Gurto is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Conneaut Police Department, accused of the aggravated murder and rape of a 13-month-old girl.
Gurto, 37, was described as a white male, about 5’10” tall and weighing 145 pounds. Gurto has ties to Ashtabula County and western Pennsylvania.

KENT COUNTY, Mich – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has joined a multi-jurisdictional investigation following a series of recent gun thefts in Kent County.
Federal investigators say a reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information that leads to the recovery of 28 firearms that are still unaccounted for in these thefts.
Federal investigators are focused on two recent incidents:
- September 16th – Suspects broke into Cabela’s at 3000 44th Street in Grandville and stole 13 handguns
- September 24th – Suspects broke into the Barracks 616 store at 5740 Foremost Drive SE in Grand Rapids and stole 20
