Fugitive Of The Week: Cleveland Sex Offender Wanted By Police

CLEVELAND, OH — This week’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s fugitive of the week is John Fobel. The 48-year-old is wanted for being a violator at large and failing to register as a sex offender.

Specifically, the United States Marshals Service and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority are searching for Fobel.

Fobel is a white man, standing about five feet eight inches tall. He weighs 210 pounds. His last known address was in the 10200 block of Champion Ave. in Cleveland.

Anyone with information related to Fobel should contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available.

US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force Arrests ‘Fugitive of the Week’ Sex Offender at Massachusetts Restaurant

On Saturday night,
members of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force from Massachusetts,
along with members of the Haverhill (MA) Police Department were able to
safely arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Benjamin Rodriguez, 45, at a local
restaurant in Haverhill, MA.

Benjamin Rodriguez had been
featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on February 7th. The
“Fugitive of the
Week”
had been aired on WTPL-FM, WMUR-TV, The Union Leader, The
Nashua Telegraph, The Patch, Foster’s Daily Democrat, Manchester
Information, the Manchester Ink Link and prominently featured on the
internet. The “Fugitive of the Week” has been a very successful tool
that has resulted in the location and arrest of numerous fugitives since
its implementation in 2007. Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week” is
distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers.

NH fugitive sex offender arrested at Mass. restaurant

CONCORD — A sex offender and recent New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week has been arrested at a Haverhill, Massachusetts, restaurant, according to the U.S. Marshals office in Concord.

The U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force from Massachusetts, along with members of the Haverhill Police Department were able to safely arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Benjamin Rodriguez, 45, at a local restaurant.

Sex offender is NH Fugitive of Week

CONCORD — A 45-year-old man wanted for a parole and bail violations on original charges of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to the U.S. Marshals district office in Concord.

Benjamin Rodrigues, also known as Benjamin Rodrigues, is wanted on a bail violation of failure to register as a sex offender duty to report, sex offender registration.

Warrants for Rodriguez have been issued on Feb. 7 and 17 of last year and Jan. 24 of this year, according to the Marshals. The warrants came from: N.H. Parole Board; Manchester Police Department; and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Rodriguez, who was last known to be living in Manchester, where he has ties to family, friends

Cross is required to register as a sex offender as a result of a 1992 NH conviction
for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. He has ties to both Manchester and Boston Massachusetts areas.

TXDPS: Reward Increased to $10000 for Most Wanted Sex Offender

AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety is reminding the public that the reward for Dakota Marcus Stewart, 26, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender and this month’s featured fugitive, has been increased to $10,000 for information leading to his capture if the tip comes in during the month of December. Stewart, a high-risk sex offender, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

Stewart has ties to Tarrant County (including the cities of Mansfield, his last known address; Fort Worth; and Arlington) and Dallas. The current warrants for his arrest were issued in August of 2017. Stewart’s criminal history includes convictions in 2009 for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by exposure after incidents in Tarrant County involving two young girls.

US Marshals: Fugitive failed to register as sex offender

CONCORD — A man who failed to appear on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals office in Concord.

Antonio Ricardo DiCenzano, 51, is wanted a warrant out of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department that was issued on Oct. 3, the Marshals said.

DiCenzano goes by the alias Dickey Edward Dicey, according to the Marshals. The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking to arrest DiCenzano on the charge brought by the Manchester Police Department.

DiCenzano is required to register as a sex offender due to an original 1987 conviction for two counts of felonious sexual assault on a victim older than 13, but less than 16 years of age. DiCenzano is believed to be in Manchester, but also has
