MANVILLE, NJ — Rebecca Carlin of Manville has been named Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive of the Week for the week of Jan. 12.
Carlin’s last known address is 301 North 5th Ave., Manville. She is described as a white female, 5’9,” weighs 190 pounds and has black hair and green eyes.
She is wanted on an outstanding warrant issued on Dec. 22, 2017 for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court for the original charge of third degree possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS).
Anyone with information pertaining to her whereabouts should contact Somerset County Communications at 908-526-2500 and ask for the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office On-Call Fugitive Supervisor or make a report via the STOPit app. This app is free to download on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. MANVILLE, NJ — A Manville man, who was named as Somerset County’s Fugitive Of The Week for Dec. 22, was arrested after an anonymous report came in through the STOPit app.
The report was received by the Somerset County Communications Center reporting the location of Justin Tomlinson, 29, of South 6th Avenue, Manville on Friday at 1 a.m.
Based on the information received, Manville Police were able to arrest him without incident.
A warrant had been issued for Tomlinson on Sept. 11, 2017 when he failed to appear in Somerset County Superior Court. Tomlinson was initially charged with 3 rd degree burglary.
Tomlinson was lodged at the Somerset County Jail pending a bail detention hearing.
