N.H. Fugitive of Week, 2 others, arrested in Lebanon, Maine – News …

CONCORD — Late Wednesday night, New Hampshire’s “Fugitive of the Week” Michael Francis, 28, was arrested by members of the Maine State Police, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals district office in Concord.

Francis, whom U.S. Marshals said had ties to the Portsmouth and Rochester areas, was wanted on a warrant out of Rockingham County for failure to appear on charges of distribution of heroin/fentanyl.

The investigation was conducted by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, which had been working on this case since Monday. Information developed late Wednesday evening by the task force required immediate action in Lebanon, Maine.

Fugitive of Week has ties to Portsmouth, Rochester

CONCORD — A man with ties to the Portsmouth and Rochester areas, who is wanted for failure to appear on charges of distribution of heroin/fentanyl, is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals District Office in Concord.

Michael Harold Francis, 28, is wanted on a warrant issued Dec. 1 out of the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, the Marshals said.

The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking Francis on the warrant.

Francis is described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds with blone hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his back and chest, left and right arms and legs and a disc on his back and abdomen. He has a scar on his left finger, according to the Marshals.

Odessa Police Fugitive of the Week – CBS7

ODESSA — The Odessa Police Department has identified its Fugitive of the Week for the week of December 11.

Johnathan Christopher Chavez, 19, is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Family Violence), a 1st Degree Felony.

Chavez is described as 5’4” tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.

Odessa Police ask that the public does not approach or attempt to contact Chavez, but instead call their department at (432) 335-3333 or the Odessa Crime Stoppers at (432) 333-TIPS.

Somerset County Fugitive Of The Week

SOMERSET, NJ — The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office has released its Fugitive of the Week as Steven H. Daniels.

His last known location was 863 Somerset St., Apt. 307, Somerset. He is described as a black male, 6′ 1″, 160 lbs, with black hair and green eyes.

Daniels had a warrant issued on March 6 for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court for the original charge of third degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Police: Fugitive on Texas 10 most wanted list arrested in Murray

MURRAY, KY – A man wanted in Texas on human trafficking charges was arrested in Murray on Monday, according to the local police department.

Police say they received information that the man might be in Murray, and then began surveillance of a home where it was believed the man could be living.

The man, 35-year-old Herman Henry Fox, showed up after several hours, police say. He was arrested without incident.

Fox was on the Texas 10 most wanted fugitives list. He is wanted on charges of trafficking of persons, compelling prostitution by force or threat, and possession of marijuana. Bond in Texas has been set at $1,015,000.

In Murray, Fox is also now charged with being a fugitive from justice. Because of that charge, he is being held in Kentucky pending extradition to Texas.

Lakewood Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a bank robbery suspect, Monday.

According to reports, a man entered Dollar Bank located at 15509 Madison Avenue and gave the teller a note that demanded money and stated that he had a weapon.

The suspect is described as a 5’5” tall skinny, white male wearing blue latex gloves, gray coat that said construction on the back.

No injuries were reported.

Fugitive has ties to Farmington, Dover

CONCORD — A man with ties to Dover and Farmington who is wanted on a bail violation is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals district office in Concord.

Nicholas Lapanne, 44, is currently on bail for a pending reckless conduct charge and has “a history of assaultive behavior,” the Marshals said.

The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking fugitive, Lapanne on a Strafford County warrant for a bail violation. The warrant was issued on Nov. 27, Marshals said.

Lapanne is described as a white man, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He has a red birthmark on his left cheek and tattoos on his chest, left arm, left forearm, right shoulder and right forearm.
