Man on Poland’s ‘most wanted’ list may return to Cornwall, detectives warn

Detectives hunting a Polish man in connection with burglaries in Cornwall believe he has fled the county, but warn he may return.

Rafal Kniotek is wanted in connection to a number of burglaries in Newquay and Bodmin.

The 31-year-old is also wanted for offences in Derbyshire and Mansfield, as well as by immigration officials in Poland, where he is on the ‘most wanted’ list.

Kniotek is in possession of a false ID card and has several aliases, including Michal Ziarek, Simon Siemionko and Przemyslaw.

Kniotek was last seen in Newquay on Thursday, November 16, and detectives believe he has fled Cornwall, but warned members of the public that he may return to collect his belongings.
