Fugitive wanted on involuntary manslaughter charges arrested in Madison Township – News



The U.S. Marshal’s Task Force on Oct. 31 arrested a fugitive in Madison Township wanted on involuntary manslaughter charges after he sold heroin that led to two overdose deaths.

According to Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Andrew Deserto, 22-year-old Cleveland resident Savonn Primm was arrested by the Task Force in the 6700 block of Georgetown Lane.

Primm was named the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s “Fugitive of the Week” July 24. In November 2016, he was indicted in Geauga County on five charges after two people died of heroin overdoses in
