CHARLOTTE, NC — A Charlotte fugitive on the run and wanted on state and federal warrants for the murder of his former girlfriend is now on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Alejandro “Alex” Castillo, 18, is the first person from Charlotte to make the infamous list of notorious criminal suspects issued by the FBI, which is offering up to $100,000 in reward money for his capture.
Castillo is accused of the 2016 murder of his former girlfriend, 23-year-old Truc Quan “Sandy” Ly Le, and is considered armed and extremely dangerous, the FBI said Oct. 24.
