MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio (WKBN) – A suspect is wanted in Mahoning County by U.S. Marshals who say he failed to register his address.
Justin Luzier, 28, is a registered sex offender, so he is required to register his address with the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
Luzier is described as a white man, approximately 6’2″ tall and 165 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Carlton Jamil Duval, 40, is wanted for escaping from work release while serving a six-month sentence for drug possession, according to the Northampton County Sheriff’s and Corrections departments.
Duval, last known to be in the Easton area, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 165 pounds with black hair and brown/hazel eyes. He was reported missing as of 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
He had a beard with mustache and short hair, possibly in twists, and has tattoos on the right of his neck, his right arm and a tear drop under his right eye.
The sheriff’s department asks anyone with information about Duval to call Sgt. George Volpe his contact number is 610-829-6527.
Justin D. Edwards, 36, is wanted on shoplifting charge, under a warrant dated May 1, 2017, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Edwards, whose last-known address was in the 1100 block of Jackson Street in Easton, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Christina Marie McMullen is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance and defrauding a drug screen.
McMullen is a 26-year-old white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Her last known address was LaPrairie, Ill.

The FBI is adding accused Tacoma double murder suspect Santiago “Pucho” Villalba Mederos to its “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. He is accused of killing 20-year-old Camille Love and wounding her brother on Feb. 7, 2010.
“She was my only daughter. I was the first person to hold her when she was born,” said William Love.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Mederos.
“He just comes from behind us and gets in the lane next to us, speeds up to us, gets beside us and he just started shooting,” Joshua Love told Washington’s Most Wanted in 2010. “She wasn’t moving. I grabbed the side of her face and I was like, ‘Cami, Cami!’ She had a blank look on her face.”
The two innocent victims were not involved in gang activity
CONCORD — A Rochester woman with bail violations on drug and child endangerment charges is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to the U.S. Marshals Service in Concord.
Lace Marie Meattey, 32, is wanted out of Strafford County Superior Court for bail violations stemming from original narcotics related charges that include methamphetamines, cocaine and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The Strafford County warrant was issued on Aug. 18, the Marshals said.
The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Meattey.
She is described as a white woman, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 140 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She has tattoos on her right shoulder, back and abdomen.
Meattey was last known to be living in Rochester, but she has ties throughout the Strafford County
A Washington state gang member charged with two murders in 2010 has been named to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to his capture.
Santiago Villalba Mederos, a member of the violent Eastside Lokotes Sureno gang, is wanted in connection with two separate shootings in Tacoma, Washington, that resulted in the death of a young woman and the serious wounding of her brother, and a month later, the murder of a young man. Mederos was a teenager at the time of the killings.

BILLERICA — A 28-year-old Lynn gang leader who is wanted on charges of murder and home invasion in connection with a 2012 incident in Billerica is among six men added to the state police most wanted list on Wednesday.
The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, the FBI and Billerica police were already searching for Steven Touch, of Lynn, in connection with the 2012 killing of Quintin Koehler, 22, of Billerica.
