TBI adds Nashville man to state’s top 10 most wanted | WREG.com

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennesse Bureau of Investigation has a added 23-year-old Kevin Tidwell to their Top 10 most wanted list.

According to the TBI Tidwell is wanted by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and the TBI for charges of Criminal Homicide and Attempted Criminal Homicide of an incident on May 17 in Antioch.

As well as an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in connection with an incident that happened earlier this year in Nashville.

Police say he is about 6’1″ and weighs about 150 lbs and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

He has tattoos on his hands, neck and face.

Police believe he may be traveling in a light-colored Ford F-150 and is a documented gang member and is considered armed and dangerous.

New Hampshire ‘Fugitive of the Week’ arrested in Boston




New Hampshire’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Rabbia, was captured Friday near the Prudential Center in Boston.

Boston Police assisted in the arrest.

Rabbia, 51, tried to convince police that his name was Mark Shriver and not a man with federal warrants. Authorities were aware that Rabbia had used the Shriver alias before.

“Rabbia had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of supervised release, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for aggravated identity fraud,” according to a release Tuesday from Jeffrey White, the supervisory deputy US marshal of the district of New Hampshire.

Rabbia has a stack of warrants against him including the federal warrant, and he has three outstanding Massachusetts warrants for larceny of a motor

Fugitive of Week is convicted sex offender – Fosters

CONCORD — A convicted sex offender wanted for failing to register is this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service in Concord.

Ronald William Duby, Jr., 43, is wanted for failing to appear in court on an underlying charge of failure to register as a sex offender/duty to inform, according to the Marshals Service.

Duby is required to register as a sex offender as a result of a 1995 conviction of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under the age of 13.

The warrant for Duby’s arrest was issued April 18 out of Hillsboro County Superior Court. The District of New Hampshire — New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Duby.

VSP Trooper dies after being shot in Mosby Court, suspect in custody

UPDATE: A Richmond man is now in custody after an overnight search by federal, state and local law enforcement.  VSP and U.S. Marshals arrested 27-year-old Travis A. Ball in Northumberland County shortly after 6 am Saturday.

Ball was taken into custody without incident.  He is being held without bond and charged with one count of malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Additional charges are pending.

Ball is charged with shooting VSP Special Agent Michael T. Walter.  Walter died due to his injuries shortly after 5 am Saturday at VCU Medical Center.

Northampton County authorities seek Samuel Rodriguez – fugitive of the week

Samuel Rodriguez, 21, is wanted after pleading guilty to robbery and reckless endangerment, according to the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department and court records. 

Rodriguez, last known to frequent the Bethlehem area, is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 155 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.

The sheriff’s department asks anyone with information about Rodriguez to call Sgt. Michael Orchulli at 610-829-6520.
