The FBI has added a man who authorities say “cold-bloodedly killed” two innocent men in Milwaukee to its most-wanted list.
Terry A.D. Strickland was among a group of men arguing in front of a home July 17 when witnesses saw him go inside the house, emerge with a gun and fire into the group of men, FBI Special Agent in Charge Justin Tolomeo said.
Strickland then approached Maurice Brown Jr., who was laying on the ground, and shot him multiple times before turning to Michael Allen Reed and shooting him in the head, Tolomeo said Thursday.
Strickland, 24, was seen fleeing in a black SUV, leaving his 18-month-old daughter behind inside the house, Tolomeo said.
Brown, 38, and Reed, 39, died from their injuries at the scene in the 3500 block of N. 26th St.
